Immigration Evaluations

Psychological immigration evaluations are psychological assessments that are used to help immigration courts determine whether or not an individual or family will be able to lawfully remain in the United States based on specific factors and circumstances. I offer psychological evaluations for different types of immigration cases. These include:

  • Extreme hardship waivers (I-601)

  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

  • Victims of Crime (U-VISA)

  • Political Asylum

  • Cancellation of Removal

A psychological assessment might span from 1-3 hours depending on the case. Fees vary accordingly. Please call for an estimate.
