Teletherapy

Currently, I’m offering online sessions only. In my work with clients through teletherapy platforms, I have found that our work is just as powerful as in-person therapy. What matters most is that you feel connected to your therapist! Teletherapy also gives the flexibility to have your session in the space and time that works best for you.

Sessions are conducted on a secure and confidential platform. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.

Trauma therapy - EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a therapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, violence, abuse, and panic disorders. Through EMDR we would be working together to reduce negative beliefs and associations related to disturbing memories. EMDR can be used in addition to traditional talk therapy. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

  • Under the law, commonly known as the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. It is recommended that once you receive your good faith estimate you keep a copy for your records or take a picture for future reference.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at 1-800-985-3059
